I had a great stay with super clean and spacious rooms that felt very homey and relaxing. The hotel is just a short walk from both the stunning Parco Ciani and the historic Cathedral of Saint Lawrence, making my explorations of Lugano delightful every day.

Lack of air conditioning can make rooms uncomfortable especially during daytime!!! Small room sizes are challenging for guests needing more space, and the absence of an elevator complicates luggage transport for travelers!!! Limited phone reception detracts from guest connectivity!!!

Had an awesome stay with friends! The hotel is in a fantastic location near the lake, and we loved exploring local spots. The staff were genuinely friendly and gave us great tips, making us feel at home. Don't miss the delicious breakfast—they truly nail it! Also, the nearby bus routes are super convenient for getting around easily.

I had a delightful stay with a huge family double room and a delicious breakfast every morning. However, some areas looked slightly worn down compared to the photos. Would love to stay here again!

The service here was very nice the staff went above and beyond at every turn. They provided me with a free Ticino ticket when I checked in which made public transport a breeze and even gave me recommendations for family-friendly activities in the area.

It wasn’t inexpensive but what can you expect in a place like this still acceptable.
